Over the course of a long banking relationship, a customer can significantly change in their value to a bank. A recent college grad can evolve into a home-owner, a business-owner, even a large-dollar depositor. By evaluating a customer’s value based on their present activity and assets, a bank can miss many opportunities to build customer relationship and loyalty.
This application uses a range of core customer characteristics and behavioral activity to project a long-term value on a customer, and then adjusts those projections as customer behavior changes or new data becomes available. The application can also configured to support notifications and interventions based on changes in lifetime value.
